undervalued property: Villas - A Working Class Community - 03/13/07 03:16 PM
Villas NJ.  It is a strictly residential town with the majority of it's workers being the "Blue Collar" variety.  It is also an area where people from out of State purchased summer homes in the 1950's and 60's, because they were so affordable.
This town borders on the Delaware Bay, and is divided into it's east and west portions by Bayshore Road.  The Villas is probably one of the last great undiscovered areas for Real estate in South Jersey.  Properties can still be had for less than $200,000.  Of course, the properties adjacent to the bay will command significantly higher prices, but … (0 comments)

It seems that every geographic area has it's turn to lead the way up regarding property values.
I believe the next hot spot in Cape May County includes the bayside communities of North Cape May, Villas and Del Haven.  
Although the lot sizes are generally small, these communities lie in close proximity to the Delaware Bay.  There are alot of primary residences and some second homes in what is the most populated township in Cape May County, Lower Township (except Del Haven which borders to the north in Middle Township).
