fast food: My Realtor friends at the all you can eat horse troughs

A day seldom goes by that I do not see one of my fellow Realtor friends. Some where in the conversation it comes up that perhaps we go and eat somewhere. Those that know me know that I am not one for eating garbage food, or fast food. I would rather have some quality food verse quantity. I do have a hard time getting that animal pack of vitamins down each day. Living in a World of convenience can be difficult at times, and it gets easier everyday to eat wrong.
