I have been watching the market for some time now and there continues to be a great selection of properties for buyers. Isn't it time you throw away those rent receipts? Buyers could qualify for a $8,000 tax credit that does not have to be paid back. Anyone purchasing a home will have to close by December 1st, 2009. Here is your chance to really make a difference.

I have had the chance to talk to a number of people lately that are pretty excited about purchasing a home, and I tell them that I am hard pressed to think of a better time to buy a home. If they are first time buyers it possibly gets that much sweeter than the tremendous selection, the awesome prices, and the phenomenal rates. They now can have a tax credit of $8,000 that does not have to be payed back. First time buyers need to act fast and have their transaction closed by December 1st, of 2009. It may be getting colder in Wisconsin, but the market is a hot time to buy.
I really cannot think of a better time to buy a home. The interest rates are really low, the choice of available homes is plenty, and what a better time to buy than now. If you have a job, and qualify, I would think whether you are a first time buyer, a seasoned one, or an investor, the selection is great, and the conditions just may be right.
