Every once in a while I have someone ask me when should I put my home on the market in Waukesha County Real Estate and the Lake Country Real estate market? My first question is what is there motivation. I can get answers from "just thinking of moving and thought we would put it out there" to "We want to move as soon as possible because we are pre-approved and where do we start?
