Let's face it; sometimes we have people telling us what to do, what to think, what to say, and after a while it is enough to take someone down. Seems these days everyone has an objection or angle to get the WIFM (whats in it for me) philosiphy filled. It's enough to want to just run and hide or better yet just swat the darn people. Have you ever noticed that the great risk takers get great rewards?

One common theme seems to be reappearing over and over again as I talk to, and interact with people, brokers, and consumers in the last week and a half, and more.
What changes have taken place in the last two years and more have led everyone that should have, or needed to, look out of the box do so as to increase their local,national, and global appearance.
