selling a home: LinkedIn application with another Blog - 11/06/08 06:44 AM
Recently I saw that LinkedIn had a blog routing device through Wordpress. It makes some things all that much easier when we network through a site liked Linkin.com which is an effective site. The fact that anything written through wordpress is carried over to LinkedIn makes it that much easier. I thought it was worth the mention in case someone may have missed it.
For anyone that would like to network with Linkin with me I would be happy to add you.http://www.linkedin.com/myprofile?trk=hb_side_pro
Thank You

selling a home: Sussex, Wisconsin. A focal point, great environment, and tranquil living! - 06/13/08 03:24 PM
Traveling east of the Town of Merton, and the Town of Lisbon, and north of the Town of Pewaukee is a place rich in history, and is one of the best kept secrets in waukesha County. This place is known as the Village of Sussex.
For years Sussex was a quiet sleeper little town. The secret is out of the bag and people are discovering how beutiful this Village is, and all it has to offer visitors and residents.

The Village of Sussex was incorporated in 1924 from the hamlets (towns) of Sussex (1842, some say … (6 comments)

selling a home: St. Patrick day in Wisconsin; what a approach and method towards Identity change for a day. - 03/17/08 03:52 PM
First of all, I would like to wish everyone in activerain, and the World, a Happy Saint Patrick's day.
It started early in my State. I saw a girl so drunk at noon today that she could not count her money at the register at Walgreen's. I really hoped that poor girl did not get in a car.
I saw some other guys singing Irish songs, falling over, or just about to, and they were not Irish. I think they were from Mexico. Everyone can be Irish for a day, and they sure were having a blast.
It never escapes me the impact that this Holiday … (0 comments)

selling a home: Another lesson from a past Wisconsin Bee farmer. Creatures of habits - 02/23/08 08:39 AM
The temperature is warming up in Wisconsin and old habits and rituals start coming into play again; even if they are something you have not done for awhile. Come April the Bee farmers will go out to their colonies and unwrap the protection so the bees can get ready for Spring. The Queen will be checked to see how she is doing, the drones and workers as well. The hives with be checked for any pests or animals that may have tried to get at them.
This is something I miss. Going out in the middle of fields, no one else … (10 comments)

selling a home: How do we really define success? A few thoughts and I welcome your comments. - 02/23/08 05:09 AM
I was recently talking to Cathy LaClear, which is Matt Laclear's wife. I really enjoy talking to her because she is just so down to Earth, has great faith, and is a genuine person. Matt is an awesome guy. He and Hank can motivate you, help you, and really make you a better, more productive person. His attitude just shines. As we talked we were chatting about people that had fought illnesses and came out victorious. Anyone that has fought a terminal illness and has gotten through it, or has it totally maintained, or pretty well maintained, will tell you that … (4 comments)

selling a home: The Real Esate Business and it's approachs in the new MIllineum. Things have changed - 02/13/08 07:36 AM
The day I got into Real Estate I went out and bought a cheap suit, showed up at my office. They put me in a chair and sell "GO at it son"
From that day froward I noticed changes left in right in the forms, the way business was done, laws that applied, and morels, ethics, and disclosure.
Life was you picked up aphone, called like crazy, did open houses, and prayed someone liked you then came the computer, and then the Multiple listing service:
