I remember when my son was a little younger and I would give him a kiss on the cheek and tell him I loved him. It resulted in him wiping his face off fast but it always was followed by this priceless smile back at me. It took a long time for me to learn that everyone deserves a fair shake. After observing other people doing things behind other people back and the same people that worried about trusting others were in fact the people that could not be trusted.
