selling: I took a step back and asked myself this same question today: Are you a visionary? - 03/01/08 10:21 AM
Hello
And allow myself to introduce my self. I am a Realtor in Milwaukee County, that sells all of Southeastern Wisconsin. Everything is real close. I also do Commercial and Investment all over the entire State. For years, as my others may have experienced, we became accustomed to our styles in Real Estate and became complacent when perhaps we should not have.
I love to work with all buyers, all Sellers, all Investors, and just about anything I can hang a Real Estate sign on. it is in my blood.  But, am I a visionary?
I really took a step back and to a … (3 comments)

selling: Three complete and Distinct climates: Mitchell Park Conservatory (The Domes) A Milwaukee landmark - 02/28/08 09:56 AM
Wisconsin. Four magnificent seasons. All very beautiful, but Winter can be extremely cold, and lots of snow.
There exists a treasure that really has to be experienced if you are ever in the City of Milwaukee.
It is known as "The Domes" The Mitchell Park Conservatory. Three completely different domes: One Desert, One Tropical, and one reserved that is known as seasonal. The seasonal dome has Easter, Christmas, and many other displays and floral gardens. Incredible diversity of plant life. Besides being of extreme size, this vision of being able to observe and participate in different Botany Worlds really is something to marvel.

selling: Real Estate and accomplishing your sales with Integrity! The Tortoise and the Hare finish. - 02/07/08 08:25 AM
There is an old story about the Turtle versa the Hare. The turtle may have been slower, but the tortoise was consistent. The hare would fly like heck and have a bunch of down time. I look at my friends in Real Estate and it strikes me how many fit one of the two models.perhaps this applies to life in general.
I know people in this business that day in, and day out, have a basic schedule, stick to it, but low and behold they always have closings, and in hard times they always have the great concept of if they can't … (8 comments)

selling: Beautiful Miller Baseball Park, Beer, and Americas favorite pastime being played in Milwaukee, WI. - 02/04/08 09:06 PM
it is that time again. It is Brewer baseball time. Spring training is in progress, and when the Milwaukee Brewers take town Americas favorite pastime will be playing baseball in a new, high tech Miller Stadium. The pretzels are being loaded, the cotton candy, the nachos, hamburgers, soda, popcorn, and lots of Beer. That's lots of Miller High Life, that's lots of Miller Lite, that's lots of MGD
The parking lots are full of tailgater's putting the last minute touches on their bratwurst. Enough food and beer will be consumed to make any baseball game surely entertaining. This is a truly wonderful … (13 comments)
