The day I got into Real Estate I went out and bought a cheap suit, showed up at my office. They put me in a chair and sell "GO at it son"

There is an old story about the Turtle versa the Hare. The turtle may have been slower, but the tortoise was consistent. The hare would fly like heck and have a bunch of down time. I look at my friends in Real Estate and it strikes me how many fit one of the two models.perhaps this applies to life in general.

Ah, Mardi Gras. A time of celebration, a time of rejoicing and having fun. It is a time of refection that we look forward to in the next year. I had European relatives so every new Years I ate Black Eyed peas for peace, red beans and rice for riches, and hog jowls for jollies. It was a pretty strange and weird celebration. It became synonymous with Fat Tuesday. I reall find it funny that it correlates with Super Tuesday. For what it is worth it means getting rid of things for lent. It is a balmy thirty degrees in Wisconsin, and everyday I look for some sign of tupis or growth pushing their heads up; even if it is wishful thinking.
The ground Hog saw his shadow this morning in Wisconsin; by tradition that means six more weeks of Winter.
Who knows, perhaps the Ground Hog is wrong, and I apologize for thinking it was an overgrown rat, and thinking the Ground Hog was mistaken. Either way I will take this, and it beats piles of snow, and ten below temperatures everyday.
