Just when you think our thumbs would had twittled around and fell off. As we constantly came up with new ideas in our Buyer packages, and our Seller packages ,that help,save,help,educate,support, and give lots of useful information that is readily usable, could be used for saving, and more, we get another idea.
Why not package all the demographics at the heart of a pin after we established each game plan: buying or selling? Literally give the people working with us real time information, real time conditions, real time numbers, and real time resources. Done by means of a computer or hand helds.

I may be going off on a limb here but is it safe to say that many of us in activerain have become a creature of environment? I know people that have never moved more than one hundred miles from their town of origin. I have see young babies grow up grow to elementary, middle, high school, and have their own practices these days. Some have children, and grandchildren as well.

How many times have you heard some snake oil salesman say "Why you can't do better!" or "You better hurry or it won't be my fault. You will lose!"
Give me a break. I would like to look at these sales people and tell them to get off the moon, or take a xxxxxxx xxxx. It drives me nuts when people put on this bozo suit and go out to baffle the community. I think that is why Real Estate has gotten such a bad rap in times. It never seizes to amaze me about some of the assumptions that people can make. Real Estate is a great example. Some would say "I can't do that", I don't want to attempt that", that is something I would not be good at", The list is endless.

Recently, I was talking with one of my buyers, and although it is no secret that there are adjustments taking place in our market and everywhere else, she thought it was just the wrong time to purchase a home. My little man and I went and saw a movie tonight called the Dark Knight. Good Movie! It was about three hours long but as the time went on I realize my little gut was pretty quiet through the whole thing.
As I was taking him back home from the cinema I realized that school starts tomorrow.
I am glad he is going into eighth grade and learns well, but at the same time a selfish thing comes over me.

These organizers set no limits as to entertainment, hospitality, big music events. I do a lot of cold calling and it just seems to me that I am seeing a parting of styles. After all, there is always plenty of business for all who work hard. I really like it when I get feedback from a consumer saying that another Broker was saying very nice things about me, and really acted in a classy position.
