I love this time of year! It's the happiest and busiest season of all. Excited new buyers looking for sun and fun in Florida. Whether they are moving here full time or purchasing a second home they want what we Floridians have, a snow free zone with outdoor activities all year round. Beaches, festivals and fairs, golf, gardening, BBQ's, cycling, you name it. I may not be able to put that house under your Christmas tree, but I am sure to find you a home with a Palm tree you can sit under and sing Yuletides this season! Just a thought.
