Homes sales in Helena, Alabama dipped slightly in April - back down to 34. There were 30 that sold in December and January and 34 homes that sold in February which then jumped to 42 in March. The average salesprice was $196,185 with prices ranging from $90,000 for a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome at Rocky Ridge to $525,000 for a 6 bedroom, 4 bath new home in Riverwoods. Six homes were new construction. The average days on the market for sold homes was 104.85. Currently there are 268 homes on the market which represents a 7.88 months supply. If you … (0 comments)
