Home Sales in Hoover Alabama April 2013 Great News! Home Sales in Hoover Alabama have increased in April 2013. Statistics from the Birmingham MLS show we had 130 closed sales – up from 111 in March. Of the 130 homes sold in Hoover, 6 were condos, 8 townhouses and the remainder single family. Twenty Three were new construction, with 12 coming from Ross Bridge, 8 from Lake Cyrus, 2 from Heritage Park and One from the Preserve.
