The average salesprice was $193,266 with prices ranging from $99,250 for a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhome at Cahaba Manor to $550,000 for a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath in Ballantrae. Fourteen homes were new construction. The average days on market for sold homes was 80.14.
