The market has turned and we now have some really good properties out there on the market. We also still have some distressed properties and there not distressed just because some unfortunate homeowner may have lost it for some unfortunate reason but because the property looks distressed and is in need of a little "TLC" some more than others.
While distressed properties may still be on the radar for investors, some home buyers are looking more into re-sell move-in ready homes and even new home builders are (0 comments)
