It is going to be the best time of year for buyers beginning at the end of October and runs through to the middle of February of 2020. Buyers put home purchasing on hold until Springtime comes near as they are preoccupied with School and Holidays. 2020: Master-Planned Community of Newhall Ranch on Hold - 12/01/15 01:23 AM
The proposed Master-Plan Community of Newhall Ranch is a Brand New community being proposed by former Valencia, Ca. builder Newhall Land and Farm and current Owner Lennar Corporation.  Their EIR Plans were approved in 2010.  There is a new challenge and the review of the EIR and the project is being delayed.   Fear is that it may now take until 2020 for final approval.  Opponents of the project must be rejoicing.  The impact of this new community could adversely affect traffic in the Santa Clarita Valley.  The Santa Clarita Valley was land locked during the 1994 earthquake due to the closure … (3 comments)
