Thanksgiving is that specific day and time of year we reflect upon people, places and things that have enhanced our lives over the past year as well as our lifetime. Dani & I have been through so many adventures together in our lives. Some were incredible and others were heartbreaking. We first began our real estate career together in 1996 after owning and operating a market, deli and pizzeria for over twenty years. Dear Client, You know just how hard we work to promote and protect your best interest. Our listings all have a professional Videographer take between 20 - 30 Professional Photos for the Virtual Tour. All of our listings are promoted on about 10 Facebook Real Estate Pages. We send direct emails to Realtors in the Santa Clarita Valley & San Fernando Valley as well as Antelope Valley other Southern California locations. clients: Time is of the Essence, so why do you waste mine?

I'm writing this blog post to reach out to Realtors that should hear the other side of the coin. We, as Realtors, all have many things in common. One of them is time management. We have limited numbers of hours to spend with our clients and there are days in which we have back to back appointments. There are a few local agents that refuse to allow another agent in the home to show it while they are showing it to their clients.
