Dear Family, Friends & Clients, There are three main reasons that a home doesn’t sell within three months at this time. Two are avoidable and I can solve the third one. The number one reason by far is not listing the home at a price that will bring in the maximum number of highly qualified buyers. The second is not having a quality Virtual Tour and Photos. The third is not hiring an Experienced, Knowledgeable, Professional Local Realtor. We have been listing and selling homes since 1996. Friends, Family & Clients, The future is uncertain due to the pandemic and home sales in California will most likely fall due to the corona-virus. However, home prices may stay at or near current values or even rise due to significantly lower interest rates. Stock prices and economic uncertainty is a cloud hanging over all of us. Friends, Family & Clients, Consumer confidence is being impacting as panic has taken a grip on society. Fear is warranted and real. Future Generations will look back at this time as our version of the Roaring 20's. This Pandemic will be recalled in the same manner as the Spanish Flu. The Major Affects will impact us for four to six months and gradually cooler minds will prevail.
