Dear Family, Friends & Clients, There are three main reasons that a home doesn’t sell within three months at this time. Two are avoidable and I can solve the third one. The number one reason by far is not listing the home at a price that will bring in the maximum number of highly qualified buyers. The second is not having a quality Virtual Tour and Photos. Thanksgiving for us is a time to slow down and reflect. Our appreciation for the life God has given us extends to many aspects of life. Family is at the top of the list. The electoral college system was originally set up so all regions of the United States of America would have an equal voice. The idea was to prevent a state or region of the country from dictating to the rest of the nation or imposing their beliefs just because the vast majority in that region were predominately of one mind set. Let's say all of California, New York, Florida & Texas believed that no one should own a home.
