What’s wrong with these Home Owners Associations? Home Owners in Condo and Town Home Complexes are paying quite a bit of money to have their best interest. The majority of the Complexes are not approved for FHA Financing. There is little or no cost to get the Complex FHA Approval. It does take time and effort. Many Lenders are willing to do the bulk of the work to get the complex approved. Again, most associations are unwilling to put out the effort to help those that employ them.
