Giving up youth, future and an opportunity to grow old to preserve Freedom for the future Americans is something that can never be fully appreciated. Freedom is not guaranteed. The world can easily go back to the days of Kings, Dictators, Emperors & Czars. Terrorism is a major threat but even more dangerous is complacency. Dear Friends, Family & Clients, Independence Day better known as The Fourth of July has been a federal holiday in the United States since 1941. The tradition actually goes back to the 18th century and the American Revolution. On July 2, 1776, the Continental Congress voted for our nations independence. Two days later a document drafted by Thomas Jefferson, Declaration of Independence, was signed by delegates from all 13 colonies. Dani & I are proud Americans and proud of America. Family, Friends & Clients, There seems to be differing views of what is right or wrong when it comes to the real estate market. Ask someone if they like rent control and the answer from home owners and investors is polar opposite from those that are not home owners. Rent control makes owning an investment property a bad investment. Take the career of a Realtor such as us. We have no pension and could never survive on savings or social security so we have invested in rental properties as a way to secure our financial future. Dear Clients & Friends, Dani & I are proud to be Americans. We can't imagine the amount of pain and suffering our fore fathers endured for our freedom. I am a Vietnam Era Veteran and fought to keep America Free and to earn the right to stay in our wonderful nation. I was in the lottery and drew number 66 out of 366. Since then we have had an all volunteer military which is most often manned by many that are looking for a better life. Dear Clients, Friends & Fellow Americans, Independence Day is on the 4th of July. Tony Lewis is an honorably discharged DAV Vietnam era Veteran. Service to our nation was required when I was drafted in 1968. Today the draft and lottery system are long gone. Our your children, both women and men, need to volunteer in order to defend our nation. We thank them each individually and collectively. It is unfortunate that too many of our Soldiers may not be from the most affluent of circumstances and this option is much more inviting than it would be should they have other options. … (3 comments)

Dear Americans & Patriots, Six Flags Magic Mountain has had a Summer Tradition of having a Fireworks Show every night. The shows were canceled several years ago due to the massive fire. Valencia, California and Santa Clarita were best known for Six Flags Magic Mountain and the Fireworks Show were our brand.
