Many buyers start looking for a home with the plans of buying in a few months. The problem with this process is that often a buyer looks at home when they are not prepared to buy and find that "perfect" home. This often sets the standard to what the buyer will accept when they decide to buy. This is "the one that got away" and can make it much more difficult to find a comparable home. This same problem occurs when a buyer starts looking at homes before they have their credit run and know exactly how much they are qualified … (0 comments)
