Rising Interest Rates have adversely affected housing values. Home Showings have come to an abrupt stop. What a sad year for all of us. We have been forced to live life as if we were a third world nation. Masks, home-bound, no indoor eating at restaurants, small businesses going bankrupt, many businesses hanging on by a thread, hospitalizations and loss of life is hurting our American Spirit. The Stock Market and Real Estate Market remain strong.
Labor Day Weekend, just like Mother's Day, Father's Day, Memorial Day & Easter will not be as enjoyable of events as we usually enjoy. We, as Americans, will keep our eyes on the future knowing that better days are ahead … (14 comments)

It is the end of a wonderful Summer and School has already begun. Six Flags Magic Mountain & Hurricane Harbor are ending their seasons and footballs are already in the air.

Hello Everyone,
Labor Day Weekend & the Labor Day Holiday hasn't had this much significance since the inception when unions first started to protect worker's rights. Our work hours are on the rise and wages are either stagnant or on the decline. More work is demanded in less time while buying power has diminished. What doesn't kill us will make us stronger!
