lender: A Tip to those start off in their new career from a seasoned veteran - 10/18/15 02:39 AM
The best advice for anyone in the real estate industry and perhaps it works for most others is to nurture your image with your fellow professions in the industry. Clients, Buyers and Seller change regularly but the people in the industry can remain for the next 20 or 30 years. Your reputation with these people will live and either carry you through tough times or haunt you for the length of your career.
We have been through one of the worst downturns that real estate and our nations economy has ever been forced to endure. The Realtors, Lenders, Title Reps, Escrow Officers, … (5 comments)

To whom it may concern,
Mr. Buyer wrote an offer on 12345 Oak Leaf Drive in Valencia, Ca. 91354 at $340,000 based upon the most recent sales in the Valencia West Creek community.  The homes are relatively new and comparable sales don’t exist unless they are most likely short sales.  This home received 13 offers and 3 of the offers were at and above $360,000.  Due to the relationship that Tony Lewis had with the listing office, large down payment of Mr. Buyer, the proof of sufficient funds to be able to remove the appraisal contingency and loan … (0 comments)

Our relationship with a Bank or Lender is that of acquaintance.  The Bank or Lender is only looking for what benefits them.  Us, on the other hand, only care about the money needed to make … (1 comments)

lender: What you need to know when buying or selling a home by Short Sale! - 01/11/10 06:04 PM
Attention buyers, sellers & Realtors,
A Short Sale occurs when a home owner is unable to sell their home, pay the closing costs and have enough money at the close of escrow to pay off their mortgage.  Thus the meaning of "short" as they are short of the money needed to sell the home in a traditonal manner.  Under specific circumstances the Mortgage Company or Lender will allow the seller to sell the home and obsorb the difference between the net from the sale and allow the seller out of their loan.  One of the primary conditions is that the seller must … (0 comments)
