What a sad year for all of us. We have been forced to live life as if we were a third world nation. Masks, home-bound, no indoor eating at restaurants, small businesses going bankrupt, many businesses hanging on by a thread, hospitalizations and loss of life is hurting our American Spirit. Family, Friends, Clients and all, The stock market remains on fire while the real estate market seems to have run out of gas. Home prices have levelled off and price reductions are running rampant. The Santa Clarita Valley is made up of six areas which include Valencia, Stevenson Ranch, Saugus, Castaic, Newhall and Canyon Country. The entire valley currently has 635 active listings of which is made up of 475 single family homes. Only 22 of these single-family homes are price below $500,000.
