Dear Family, Friends & Clients, There are three main reasons that a home doesn’t sell within three months at this time. Two are avoidable and I can solve the third one. The number one reason by far is not listing the home at a price that will bring in the maximum number of highly qualified buyers. The second is not having a quality Virtual Tour and Photos. 2014 has been a disappointing year for homes sales thus far. The reasons that seem obvious to us include a slower than expect economic recovery, lack of quality jobs, stagnant wages and the enormous rise in prices over the past two years. The collapse of the real estate market began in October of 2005. The peak of the market in regards to the peak pricing didn't get reached until the middle of 2006. Currently any home bought before early 2003 is worth less than it was when it was purchased. Many people were expecting and welcoming the collapse of the real estate bubble not realizing that this industry feeds every other industry directly or indirectly in the United States of America.
