remax realtor valencia: Mother's Day Events in Santa Clarita, Los Angeles & Southrern California 2012 - 05/08/12 05:19 AM
Dear Family, Friends & Clients,
Mother’s Day is upon us and always brings to mind the sacrifices, pains and heart breaks that our Mothers have endured to allow us a chance of a better life.  Careers have been put on hold, dreams have never had a chance to be fulfilled and years of health have been diminished just for us.
A Mother’s love for a Child is special and cannot be duplicated or replicated.  Those of us that are missing our Mothers learn from them even in their absence.  The lessons taught take a lifetime to be appreciated.  Dani & I … (1 comments)

remax realtor valencia: There is an Unsung Hero helping you Sell and Buy Homes! - 04/11/12 04:12 PM
There is an Unsung Hero looking out for you!  Yes a Realtor is an unsung hero.  This true American Hero puts the needs and best interest of those they serve far above their needs and personal time that could be utilized sharing with their family.
Selling and Buying a Home is quite an urgent matter to the person doing so.  They entrust this sensitive matter in the hands of their Realtor.  Keep in mind that a Realtor has a Fiduciary relationship with their clients.  There are very few Fiduciaries such as a Doctor and Lawyer.  This relationship holds the Realtor to … (0 comments)

remax realtor valencia: I feel like the man starting the wave... - 10/05/11 06:26 PM
You know what it's like when your at a sporting event and one person wants to start the wave.  They try and try and then a couple of people join in and they try together.  It takes time and effort and most often it fails.  However at some point it catches on and the wave begins.  It grows momentum and self sustains.
I feel like the person that has been trying to get the wave started.  This wave is not at the stadium but much more significant.  It's been a goal to help save ourselves from ourselves.  You see the wave … (1 comments)

remax realtor valencia: Which is a better buy a Brand New Home or a Bank Owned/Foreclosure Home? - 08/04/11 06:50 AM
Homes in Santa Clarita communities such as Valencia, Stevenson Ranch, Saugus, Castaic, Newhall & Canyon Country are being sold at a price that is undervalued.  This community offers safety, cleanliness, great schools and a home you look forward to coming home to!
The fear of a worsening economy and unstable job situation has slowed the local real estate market.  Short Sale listings dominate the current inventory and many buyers avoid them due to their experience or stories told to them from others.
Buyers want the best home at the best price in the best location that will be the best financial … (3 comments)

remax realtor valencia: Owning a Home is still among the top joys especially for first time buyers! - 07/11/11 10:12 AM
Sometimes we forget that there is a new generation of people that have never owned a home.  This group of young and not so young is now finding out how incredible it is to be a home owner.  Most Americans are discouraged by the recent pains that owning a home, possibly losing their home or owing more than the home is worth has brought.  Lost in this devastation is the fact that from the depths of despair a bright day as arisen for those now able to buy a quality home in an outstanding location at an unbelievable price.
The analogies and … (0 comments)

remax realtor valencia: Easter & End of Tax Season is here! Home buying season begins - 04/14/11 11:19 AM
We all wait patiently to see if the long awaited beginning of the home buying season will begin on schedule.  Traditionally those looking to make a move seem to all shop once tax season has ended and Easter Arrives.  We are currently on schedule as the market has come to a halt up until recently.
The signs of a hot home buying season have appeared.  Phones are ringing and online searches have once again started up.  This could be a great sign for both home buyers and home owners.  Home buyers will be more confident knowing that there is a demand … (0 comments)

remax realtor valencia: New Congress, New Attitude! Get Ready for Homes to Start Selling! - 01/05/11 05:09 PM
Times have Changed!  Ever since the new congress was elected it's been a new day for the American Economy.  The fear of a collapse has been replaced with higher interest rates to head off the upcoming inflation.  Inflation is the best friend for those that have their money invested as investment values rise as the dollar value drops.
The new Congress will stop the ridiculous thought of ending the mortgage write off and 30 % down payment to buy a home and replace this with consumer confidence, spending and banks loaning money once again.  This is not a knock of … (3 comments)

remax realtor valencia: Am I a bad person for losing my home? - 12/30/10 04:34 PM
Am I a bad person for losing my home? Hell No!!!
We all got caught up in the most horrific and legal Ponzi Scheme in the history of humanity!  The Federal Government, lead by both parties, made it a goal to make home ownership possible for everyone.  This lofty yet unrealistic goal lead to prices rising for 3 straight year at about 27% 22% then 18%.  The last year of this rise was 2005.  Prices continued to rise for another year and a half even though the market had already began to collapse.
It is wrong to blame a person that … (9 comments)
