I just received a call for a home owner in Valencia Westridge Sundance community . The home evaluation showed the value with all upgrades, large yard and gated community to be worth $730,000. They had paid $820,000 for the home in 2007. She said that they will sell once they can sell for their $820,000 plus the cost to sell. They are retired and have no pressure to sell. Dear Americans & Patriots, Six Flags Magic Mountain has had a Summer Tradition of having a Fireworks Show every night. The shows were canceled several years ago due to the massive fire. Valencia, California and Santa Clarita were best known for Six Flags Magic Mountain and the Fireworks Show were our brand. It is now time to rally behind a cause for the greater good and at least bring back the 4th of July Fireworks show annually for just one night a year.
