Daylight Savings time has begun and Spring is less than two weeks away. The rather mild Winter has started the home buying and selling season earlier than usual. Homes are selling at a brisk pace, home prices are once again on the rise even as interest rates have continued to fall. This weeks jobs report was stronger than expected, the unemployment rate fell to 5.5%. You would think this would be great news for the Stock Market. Unfortunately stocks dropped as the strong jobs market may signal the end to the historic low interest rates. (1 comments)
