Mortgage Rates remain low as the economy continues a slower than needed recovery. It is not too late to invest in a new home. We are still below peak prices and there are now more buyers than ever before. The law of supply and demand should keeps homes as an safe investment for many years to come. I’ll list my home with you if… Selling a home in the current market is easy. Selling at top dollar doesn’t take much of an effort but choosing the right Realtor for the job takes some research and getting a little lucky too. There are many questions and concerns that home owners have in choosing their Realtor, setting the list price and getting the terms of the sale. All Realtors are not the same.
