Dear Family, Friends & Clients, There are three main reasons that a home doesn’t sell within three months at this time. Two are avoidable and I can solve the third one. The number one reason by far is not listing the home at a price that will bring in the maximum number of highly qualified buyers. The second is not having a quality Virtual Tour and Photos. time: Time is of the Essence, so why do you waste mine?

I'm writing this blog post to reach out to Realtors that should hear the other side of the coin. We, as Realtors, all have many things in common. One of them is time management. We have limited numbers of hours to spend with our clients and there are days in which we have back to back appointments. There are a few local agents that refuse to allow another agent in the home to show it while they are showing it to their clients.
