1. Contingencies related to inspection of house What should be included in the offer? (mold, termites, water damage, etc..) If the inspection reveals such items, how is it resolved? Is that something enumerated in the offer? Are there any inspection results that could lead to an automatic termination of the contract? The electoral college system was originally set up so all regions of the United States of America would have an equal voice. The idea was to prevent a state or region of the country from dictating to the rest of the nation or imposing their beliefs just because the vast majority in that region were predominately of one mind set. Let's say all of California, New York, Florida & Texas believed that no one should own a home. It seems like our nation is falling in line for savings on Solar Energy. This all seems well and good as the savings can be incredible. There is a major flaw in these programs that are either not explained or the ramifications are not comprehended by the consumer. It may well be true that at the present time the savings are good and ever perhaps great and in 90 or 100 degree heat keeping the home as cool as 73 degrees for a low cost during the hot times of the year if fun and enjoyable.
