The Santa Clarita Valley encompasses six areas which include the City of Santa Clarita and surrounding unincorporated areas. These six areas are called Valencia, Stevenson Ranch, Castaic, Saugus, Canyon Country and Newhall. There are currently 679 active listings in all of the Santa Clarita Valley. Home prices have risen dramatically in the past two years.
