Next weekend brings the Anthem Autumnfest to town. The festivities include the "back by popular demand" Apple Pie Baking Contest, the Pumpkin Patch where for a nominal fee you can pick your own pumpkin just in time for Halloween, backed by live music, a strolling magician and ballon artists. To top it all off, there are a plethora of Arts & Crafts vendors as well as carnival rides.

Why is Exclusive Representation important to a Seller? Here in Arizona, "Dual Agency" is legal and ethical, so this is not about insinuating that agents who practice it are "wrong" for doing so - far from it. Health Insurance companies are making significant changes in their Individual Insurance Plans on offer for 2016. It appears that BlueCross BlueShield across the nation has reviewed the 2014 (first year of the "new" plans) and determined that the Individual PPOs are too costly and therefore will no longer be offered in 2016.
