I just became aware that one of my current listings, 34 Algonquian Drive in Natick was listed on craigslist as a rental for $800 per month! The spammers used my copy from the actual listing and photos. Then they set up a fake email address at yahoo and included a variation of my name to "legitimize" their bogus rental ad! I was contacted by someone who'd responded to the bogus ad and spoke with the spammers on the phone.
They claimed they were in London, had the house keys in London, and the price was so low because they simply … (4 comments)
