The Forrest course on one side and The Lake course on the other. After an extensive slump period in housing, higher prices and bidding wars have made a comeback in the bay area. The number of single family homes sold jumped up 17.4% in March earlier this year in the cities of Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Clearwater said The Florida’s Realtor Group.
Condo sales however showed less improvement around this time, but still showed improvement by climbing 1.7% over the year. It wasn’t till recently that condo prices rose a little faster and jumped an impressive 15% to a median of about $92,000.

top notch: Inexpensive ideas for creating some space in the kitchen

A lot of my clients have been highly dissatisfied with the kitchen space in some the homes that I've shown them. And of course it's hard to tell by the pictures on the MLS depending on what type of agent took the photos. It's awful funny that typically the defaults in a home are purposely not shown in the listing photos. In my opinion; if listing agents would spend a few seconds more taking at least 15 pics of a listing instead of 1, it would save the entire profession of Realtors a bunch of time!
