No, it's not a boy or a girl, it's ... a staged home! A custom home that I evaluated to stage way back on June 1st of 2010 lingered on the market for nine months. The owner/builder wouldn't budge; he thought the house should sell on the merits of the finishes, location, quality of worksmanship, etc. The realtor/investor was much more understanding of the reality, but couldn't get the owner on board.
