Okay, sooooo.... I was out delivering gifts one day. Drove up to my Clients home that I'd sold them, and I almost knew it was going to happen as I got close...I turned the corner and there was a for sale sign in the front yard. NOT mine! I was so surprised it took a few moments for me to collect myself...I had the perfect present picked out to deliver to her. When searching for that perfect home, you drive into the neighborhood and suddenly feel it grab you...you feel like, "Yes, I could live here!"... Have you ever gotten that feeling?
Several years ago, I drove up to a home that I had called on in the newspaper, and immediately thought to myself, "This home would never work for me! Look at how the driveway slopes down towards the garage. I bet when it rains, the garage floods." But since I was there, I thought, I may as well go inside.
