I was visiting an assisted facility living facility and bringing balloons to one of their residents. Was excited to see his face as I decorated his room with the green and red balloons. The red balloons were hearts and the green balloons were stars. Together, it did remind me of Christmas. Although, it wouldn't have mattered what color the balloons were. I was doing this out of love, compassion and in a way selfish reasons...to feel like I was making a difference for another human being. Okay, sooooo.... I was out delivering gifts one day. Drove up to my Clients home that I'd sold them, and I almost knew it was going to happen as I got close...I turned the corner and there was a for sale sign in the front yard. NOT mine! I was so surprised it took a few moments for me to collect myself...I had the perfect present picked out to deliver to her.
