Visited some Open Houses today....Have you ever done that without your Client(s)?  It is very fun!  
 
The first Open House, the Realtor was biting everyone's heads off...which was surprising!  Aren't you supposed to be trying to pickup new clients?  I thought to myself, if that Realtor was my Realtor, I would let Them know it's not okay to speak with me that way.  The tone, was surprising and curt! (yes, Rude)

I was visiting our Father tonight (My Sister and Dad are in the photo with me above) and He is in assisted living.  There are so many things that I could tell people about this experience.

One of my VIP Clients is in the process of purchasing a home.   The home has much deferred maintenance.  It seems the past twenty years it has barely been cared for.  The former owners filled two dumpsters (I may be exagerating but that is what the listing agent told me on the phone a few days ago) before they put the home on the market.
 
What are some things to consider when purchasing a new home?
