Visited some Open Houses today....Have you ever done that without your Client(s)?  It is very fun!  
The first Open House, the Realtor was biting everyone's heads off...which was surprising!  Aren't you supposed to be trying to pickup new clients?  I thought to myself, if that Realtor was my Realtor, I would let Them know it's not okay to speak with me that way.  The tone, was surprising and curt! (yes, Rude)

Just got off the telephone with a very nice, ambitious lender who was marketing herself from a different area, but said she does loans within the 50 states. 
Have you ever gotten off the telephone and what appeared to be a casual call, turns into a fierce sales call that you feel (exagerating) knocked the wind and umpf out of you for a moment? 
I just did and to tell you the truth, why would I want to refer my precious clients to someone like this....

Who Would I refer them to?

What Does a Picture Mean to You?
I don't think we think much about how our life can be told in pictures...or the judgements we make about the pictures we are looking at?  Have you ever looked at a picture and thought,  "That's a cool pic!"?  Or vice versa?  Then you know what I'm talking about.

The nature of photos and "what they mean" has and will continue to change as we progress.  They will become increasingly important.  The next time you're taking pics, make it interesting!!!  Stage it UP a little!!  ADD a little color...maybe similar colors in the pic to … (2 comments)

Caution:  This is short and Sweet! 
Was on my clients' final walk-thru inspection a few weeks ago and we were looking through to verify condition, repairs, etc....  In the kitchen we found a note.

Is it your lights not being on?  Bad Weather?  Family Emergency?

This is the time where you just want to throw your hands up in the air, right?!#$%&*@!+!!!
Well, DON'T!  Save it for another day.  Most things are fixable and not worth worrying about.  Weather you cannot change, Lights ~ you can use candles or other ways until your electricity is on...and a Family Emergency is probably the most "of note" item on here.
