Okay, sooooo.... I was out delivering gifts one day. Drove up to my Clients home that I'd sold them, and I almost knew it was going to happen as I got close...I turned the corner and there was a for sale sign in the front yard. NOT mine! I was so surprised it took a few moments for me to collect myself...I had the perfect present picked out to deliver to her. Across the Coachella Valley you can find Angel View Thrift Marts...they are a vintage resale outlet where you can find used items at affordable prices... Don't you hate talking to people that don't sound happy to be there? Or happy to be doing their job? There IS Another Person on the Other End of The Phone Line...
What happened to sounding Happy & Cheerful to be of assistance? What about sounding willing to help? Afterall, we are in business. Also, it's good to remember how lucky and grateful we are to be a part of such a wonderful industry, filled with amazing opportunities!!! What do you do when you're on the telephone? I recently wrote a post about double-ending your listings ..and this is a follow-up to that one. So how does or how do you you fairly represent both sides in a transaction? I have suffered this disaster, just waiting to happen a few times....Where the Seller(s) thinks you're working for the Buyer and the Buyer(s) think that you're working for the Seller(s)....What a Mess!! ...and Yet!
