If you're a Buyer's Agent, you probably are thinking along the same lines....?  You want to create SOLID RELATIONSHIPS right now to carry you SMOOTHLY AND SUCCESSFULLY into as Many Escrows as you can get into and CLOSE. 
I am calling Listing Agents this afternoon and thought...this is something good to discuss.

It seems like I'm working alot...anyone else feel that way?  Why am I?  Is my perfectionism getting in the way?  Am I being too much of a control freak? 

No.  I don't want to waste my time, so I'm putting everything in place to the best of my ability, in order to have a successful outcome/closing.
Working alot, hopefully always will pay off?  Not necessarily, but read on....
In case it doesn't pay off with the client you did all the work for, you may realize that you'll get a new client where EVERYTHING will just magically come together;  easily … (28 comments)

I got a little hot over this and my client's were extremely disappointed to find this out.
Have been working with a Listing Office all week to arrange a showing.  Showed the home yesterday to my all-cash Buyer.   When we arrived we got a surprise.  "We are in contract." ~ said Mrs. Seller. 

I was like, "What?"...I worked extremely hard to keep it professional and courteous and was still dumbfounded by what had happened. 
Do you think the Agent or their office should have told me that they had an offer they were negotiatiating given that I called their office … (6 comments)

I have been working in the industry for approximately 20 years.  Closed alot of transactions with local Realtors from time to time.  Double-ended alot of my own listings.  Worked with the same client more than once.  And when I step back and look at the complete all comes down to "Networking".
What do you do to stay in front of your past clients they will think of you when someone needs to buy or sell?  Isn't it one of the best times right now to capitalize on your past efforts by just quickly and easily somehow getting your name, … (4 comments)
