Exactly 10 years ago today, I became a licensed Real Estate Agent!When I got my license, I was clueless about the amount of work required to make this a successful career. I had made a quick decision to "just do it", signed up for the classes and did it. I really thought it would make me rich, boy was I delusional! Multiple Offer SituationsThe Real Estate Market is slow and values are down. I think most would say that this is a Buyer's Market. As a buyer, you might feel powerful and think you hold all the cards. As a buyer's agent in Licking County, I've met with many different buyers. Some have a loan pre-approval in hand, some have the ability to pay cash and some have decided to wait until they find a house to get pre-approved.It's a good idea to get pre-approved for a couple of reasons. The first reason is so that you'll know what priced homes you should be viewing.
