When sellers look for an agent to SELL their home they are looking for someone that has motivation, skills and drive. If an angent shows up that acts like Eeyore, a character from "Winnie the Pooh" they know from the moment they open the door that agent is really not for them. Yet, somehow they list reluctlantly only to find out that they are a "bother" and inevitably their home does not sell.If an agent shows up with the attitude of Tigger and is an outgoing, cheerful, competetive agent who likes to jump ahead of the competition they will thrive! What is your list price to sales price ratio over the last 6 months? What is the average # of days on the market in your area? How many homes similar to ours have sold in the last 60 days? How many listings did you have last year that didn't sell? What is the percentage of clients that you have...sellers vs. buyers? How many homes did you sell last year? Can you give me the names and numbers of the last 5 clients that you worked with? Do you do any type of work other than real estate? How many people do (3 comments)

About 45 days ago I had a home for sale in South Omaha. I got a call from a young lady who was pre-approved for a loan and she wanted to look at my listing. I let her in the door and from the moment we met I knew I was going to love her! This young lady was in her mid 20's, a single mom and had lived a life full of obstacles that she had overcome.
