In the words of George Washington Carver, "There is no waste in nature."  Humans, of course, are the exception.  We love waste.  It makes us feel important and successful.  It is a sign to everyone that we have more than we need, more than we want and more than we could possibly use.  I remember observing my mother-in-law, a frugal Englishwoman, washing and re-using a Ziploc bag.  I was flabbergasted by the ridiculousness of it.  Who in their right mind would wash and reuse a DISPOSABLE bag?  I now re-use baggies.  Those that housed cheese and meat are excepted for sanitary reasons, … (1 comments)

Full Service Realtor® - What does it really mean? 
"Full Service" means different things to different people.  To some it may refer to the number of services offered, while to others it refers to the level of service provided.  I believe that most consumers perceive full service as a promise of quality rather than a statement of quantity. 
A full service realtor will require a higher commission than flat-rate providers.  However, more often than not, the expertise and extra work that a full service agent provides is worth it.
