I love luxury properties. Actually, I love luxury properties in Milton, Crabapple, and Alpharetta. Some agents prefer to focus on properties that they can "turn" very quickly. In our North Atlanta market, homes under $200,000 (when priced right) will sell in less than a week. They are listing machines. I relaunched my real estate career as a Buyer's Agent on a very successful team. That team focused on cheap, moveable properties. And we moved a lot of listings. It was wonderful!
