real estate: Buyers And Sellers Spring Into Action in North Metro Atlanta - 03/19/14 06:42 AM
Spring is here, and with it comes the beginning of peak season for real estate sales in Canton, Woodstock, Ball Ground, Milton Roswell and Alpharetta in North Metro Atlanta.
Currently, supplies are low and demand is high, so sellers are getting top dollar for their homes with favorable terms.  And with foreclosures comprising less than 5% of the market, traditional sellers have a “perfect storm” opportunity.   Property values have increased so that sellers have more equity in their homes and there is a pent-up demand of ready, willing and able buyers for homes under $700,000.  This all adds up … (0 comments)
