Were you aware there is a new Agency law that will take effect on October 1st? That right, the Buyer Agency and Open House disclosure has been changed. Thankfully that grey area we called Presumed Buyers Agent is going away. Many Buyers did not want to sign a committment to work with just one Agent because there were so many other Agents that will work with them as a "Presumed Buyer's Agent." I started using Activerain to help generate more leads and to establish credibility in my marketplace. At first, I was nervous about writing but then I quickly got the hang of it and really enjoyed blogging. Then what do you know I start getting more leads and I'm super busy and don't have as much time on my hands!
Well it's time I come back and get on a regular scheduling with my blogging on Active rain. From today on, I commit to submitting a blog post at least once per week.
