I started using Activerain to help generate more leads and to establish credibility in my marketplace. At first, I was nervous about writing but then I quickly got the hang of it and really enjoyed blogging. Then what do you know I start getting more leads and I'm super busy and don't have as much time on my hands!
Well it's time I come back and get on a regular scheduling with my blogging on Active rain. From today on, I commit to submitting a blog post at least once per week.
I notice a lot of Agent often wonder what is the secret to being successful in the real estate business. Although there are many different reasons some Agents are more successful than other, there is one element I find consistent among Agents who arent successful. THEY DON'T ANSWER THEIR PHONES!!!
I had to call a few agents today for various reasons and some answered the phone, but many of them did not. Out of the calls that did not answer, I only received a couple call backs. How can you (6 comments)
